| Puppycam? Do you ever wonder what your yorkies do when you're not at home? I've been off for the summer (teacher) but I am working partial days the rest of the week giving standardized tests. My husband will be home (still recovering from back surgery) but it made me wonder.... I know there are nannycams, but has anyone thought of a puppycam? Maybe feed it to a website so you can log-on and see what your yorkie is doing?

| I was thinking about it for our new apartment. It would help with security, too, since Yorkies are so sought after when it comes to puppy-napping I really worry about that. Especially since there are very few in my area.

| Gizzy gets upset when we leave, and then he is so freaked out when we come back, and we have only been gone for short periods of time so far. Is he REALLY that upset the WHOLE time??? I'm curious. I didn't even think about the security angle. That's a good point.

Funny you should mention that! That's the original reason I considered it! Chloe has such bad separation anxiety when Mommy leaves, I hope she doesn't hide in the corner shaking the whole time we're gone

| I actually did just that. I set up my camcorder on a tripod and film Sydney when she was about 3 months old. It was so funny to watch her. She would run back in forth in the bathroom. I was always wondered how long it took her to tear up the newspaper that I had put down. It took her about 3 mins and she was ripping it up. You need to do this.............it's funny to watch and something to keep to remember them when they grow up. |

| I always talk about this at work but I probably shouldn't for a few reasons. 1. I would never get any work done. I'd stare at them all day and wish I was there. 2. If they were misbehaving, I'm 40 minutes away. 3. I would never get any work done. I know I already said it but it's really true!!

| I think it would be funny to see what they do. For the security part of it, remember the Yorkie theft in California a while back? Thats how they caught the crooks and got ALL the puppies and parents back.

| OH, I wish I could. Sadie gets upset when I leave. But I really do think she's good while I'm gone, though. I think she just sleeps, so the video would probably be pretty boring.

| If you still have that video, I would love to see it. Consider posting it in the videos section. That newspaper thing sounds funny! Quote:

| Yes, I would really be curious what they do when I am not around. That would be interesting.
