| Daisy's FIRST grooming appt tomorrow!! ..I'm actually a little nervous for her. The groomers wouldn't give me a time frame as to how long it'll take. They say it all depends on her behavior (since she's a puppy and it's gonna be her first time.) Let's hope she's not there all day.. Here are pics of here now...her hair is long and she's a mess,, I always let my hubby brush her cuz it breaks my heart when she whimpers and cries [b/c of knots]. I want a shorter cut so that she doesnt get knots as easliy/frequently.

| I work at a grooming shop and we have a drop-off time between 8-10 in the morning. We normally don't give out a pickup time either until the dogs are dropped off and it just depends on the time dropped off, size of the dog, the shape they are in, and their behavior. If someone doesn't want their dog to be there all day, I always tell them to try to get them there right at 8:00. Our dogs that come in right when we open are the first ones bathed, the first ones dried, the first ones groomed, and therefor the first ones that get to come home. Our dogs that come in at 8:00 normally start going out around 11:00 whereas the dogs that get there at 10:00 are there all day and go out between 5:00 and 6:00 that afternoon because they are normally bathed and groomed in the order they are brought in. If your groomer has a drop-off time like this, my advice is to get her there the earliest you can. That way she should be one of the first ones out. I hope it goes well :-)
