| Puppy Stolen out of 7 yr old arms I had a call from someone I had sold a puppy to a few months ago. They live in Cleveland, Ohio and have a new baby 7 yr old and a 9 yr old girls. The 7 year old who was the puppy's side kick had the puppy outside in the front yard in her arms. A car stopped in front of their house and a teenage boy jumped out grabbed the puppy out of the little girls arm and took off. The Mom came out and they were turning the corner. The neighbor got a plate number and they filed a police report but they do not have the puppy back. The Dad has put a reward out and word on the street he will pay double to get the pup back. the little girl won't come out of the house and crys all the time. She wants her dog not another one. This is so sad. |

| How very awful. I cannot believe what people will do to be mean. I feel so sad for the family and for the little girl. This is a horror story.

| That is so aweful! I bet that terrified that little girl. I hope the puppy can be found. That's great that the neighbor got the plate numbers - hopefully the police will act fast and locate the owners of this car. I'm really worried about what is going to happen to this puppy...especially with teenagers like that.

| This sounds like what happened to a someone who lives in the same neighborhood as I. My neighborhood is gated and when the gate is opened, it is only timed for one car and doesn't reopen like the gates at apartments does. An 8-year-old boy was playing with his puppy outside in the front yard and a teenager (about 15-16 years old) got out of a car and snatched the puppy and left and the boys older brother was able to get the plate numbers and it turned out the teenager lived in the same neighborhood. He was charged with theft of personal property and placed on probabation for a year. I'm glad that they didn't decide to take the little girl because this would have turned very ugly. I hope they find the thief and bring the puppy back home to the family. |

| WOW! I'm so glad the little girl is safe. I hope it doesn't affect her to badly. I know it would take my daughter a long time to get over. She's so shy as it is. It's sooo sad that people would do something like that. It was quick thinking of them to get the plate number. I hope they're able to get their puppy back soon. |
