There is always someone waiting to steal something from you. Your car, break into your home and take what they want, kidnapp your children, now our pets? It is so scary to live in this world today. When I think back to how I grew up, doors left open, cars left open, children playing in their yards or riding their bikes down the street. Innocent we were. Where did it go wrong?

I agree with you. There is a lack of discipline. Like Cesar says: exercise, discipline then affection. Wise, even in regard of kids.

It sure is horrible. I am in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. That is the SW corner of our most western province in Canada. Burnaby is about 3/4 hour from me where the Lab pup was actually taken. Surrey is about 1/2 hour from me where 3 attempts were tried. I am not surprised it failed in Surrey; Surrey is a lot street smarter than Burnaby.
