| Loud! holy moly...maggie's bark is sooooooooooo incredibly loud! I took her to the vet along with my other 2 dogs...just to get their nails clipped. She was so mad that I took the other dogs with her (she usually goes with mommy by herself)...she is extremely jealous....and she just barked and yelled at me the whole time we were in the waiting room. it was insane. she has the most ear piercing...loud...echo off the walls bark i have ever heard from any dog!!! then, when we got into the room, she was barking because she was jealous that i was holding one of the other dogs while getting their nails clipped...so she was barking again. and inside that small room....ouch!!! i remember dog-sitting roxy and bubba for yorkiesmiles and bubba had the softest, sweetest bark. not maggie...she hurts when she barks. am i alone here??? does your yorkie have a loud bark??

| Oh my gosh, I feel your pain!! I there is zero volume control on my little one. Its hard to believe that something so small can be sooooo LOUD. Its funny that you can get download your complimentary Yorkie Barking ringtone on this site. I hear enough barking at home...no way do I want it on my phone I have tried several different things to help try and curb her barking due to jealousy or the wind blowing but shes a stubborn little one. She has a voice darn it and she's gonna use it!! |

| I'm lucky, Jake doesn't bark much at all. He will bark if he hears a noise outside or something, that's about it. His bark is cute, but I'm sure it could get annoying if he was a barker. |

| Yupppp! what Remy lacks in size she makes up for in volume! She has a very high pitched ,loud bark for a 4LB. dog. The citronella collar has helped me keep my sanity though |

| LOL!!! Louis has a tough bark. I'm glad it'snot high pitched. I remember when he first barked he was about 3 months old he discovered himself in the mirror (well he ran right into it) it scared the poop out of him he barked so loud it was cute. eversince then his bark has gotten deeper with time. He hardly barks though. You should hear him when the gardners come around. Now that is fun. They can't see him cause he's inside and we have tinted windows, but oh man do they get scared! LOL!

| That's funny! Yes, Max has a couple of different barks, meant for certain occasions...his loud, yappy, frantic, high pitched bark is reserved for when someone is at the front door, or anyone (almost always the gardeners) coming into the back yard. Then, he's got his little "woofy" bark for when he wakes up at 4 am and wants us to wake up to feed him, along with when he just wants you to pay attention to him (which I suppose is basically the same thing)....and then there's a little louder bark when he does his "woofy" thing, and you refuse to do his bidding......it's funny, but sometimes when you've involved in a project, it's just a teensy bit annoying, LOL. Poor little guy...he needs a playmate for those times. He never barks at the vet's though, LOL....but he does nip at people who stick their hand at him trying to pet him if he hasn't approved them first, hehe...it's a little embarrassing when he looks like such a cute and sweet little guy and then he lunges at someone's hand if it's coming at him without his having sniffed them first, and the people yank their hand back in horror like he's some kind of a killer dog, LOL.....
