| Clipping ears? Hello everyone!! I'm a brand new owner of a Yorkie puppy (well, ANY dog for that matter) and I would love to receive any tips you experienced Yorkie lovers/owners might have! My baby is almost 12 weeks old. I just got him 3 days ago. He's wonderful, very loveable and never yaps or cries throughout the night. I just love him! Okay, sorry, to the point of my post! My puppy's ears a drooping and I know that if you clip the inner and outer surfaces then that might help. The only problem is that he won't sit still long enough to let me do it! Seriously, I can't eve take the clippers out before he starts wriggling and running away! He is usually very still and comfortable in my lap. The clippers are very quiet because they're not even real clippers, they are small, delicate clippers for facial hair. But he still wont let me do it. How do you guys keep your babies still long enough to groom them? I was told it comes with time (they have to get used to it), but how will I survive basic grooming tasks until then?! Thanks you guys! |

| Take them to a professional groomer. Save yourself and your yorkie the unnecessary stress.
