Ooooh....Im SO glad you asked this. I've been wrestling with the thought since we got Max! I really think he should have a (dog) companion, my dh thinks that if we get another one, he won't feel as "special" anymore (he's the center of our universe since we got him when he was 12 weeks old and he's 2 now). I don't know that much about dogs, but I'd really love to have another Yorkie love! I can't wait to hear the replies!

Bella Boo & Diggy Too! Donating GS Member | get 2 Best thing I ever did! They keep each other company...they play, and just totally love each other! It's great! And less work Id say....instead of getting into things they have curbed curiosity because they have each other! Seriously the best thing I ever did! I was scared cuz Bella was and only child, high maintainence, and the princess of all.....but she was very accepting of Diggy once she realized he is here to stay. Now they cannot be apart!

| awww these are the things i was hoping to hear Harley is potty trained and will be 1 year in july. He was very easy to train and acts like his goal in life is to please me The sweetest thing and so smart. I guess I'm just so afraid if I do I will have a "hell on wheels" type of dog, because you cant get this lucky twice right?? no CONS anyone????

| I have two. I wouldnt trade it for the world. I did have them both as pups together so potty training was more challenging

| I'm glad I did it, although my second son is a shih poo. The only problem is that Otis the yorkie LOVES to go bye bye and will jump in the car. Oliver doesn't like to go, is terrified, and usually vomits if the ride is too long. The obvious answer is... Take Otie and leave Ollie at home, but when I took Otie to the vet the last time, Oliver cried and cried and looked for him all over the house for an hour. So he doesn't like to be seperated from him.. Otie misses out on some car rides, but overall, they definately keep each other company. I say GO FOR IT! More lovin!!

| One is good, 2 is much better. They keep each other company. Three is a bit much, but I don't regret getting the third one, but , for me, it definitely is more work.

| I don't have 2 yorkies, but I have one yorkie and then almost 2 1/2 yrs later, we got a little maltese as a companion for him. I don't regret it one bit! They are soooo happy together. I don't really notice more work. But remember, you will have to potty train the new one and you will have another one to bathe and groom. It will be double the vet bills, but if you can handle all that, then I say go for it!! I can't imagine just having one. Miko was very spoiled and basically prince of the house, so I was worried about introducing another dog, but they are best friends! Trust me, your baby will still feel special, and it's amazing how your love grows when you add another one.

| Ohhhh....I can't wait to show these replies to my dh! I feel bad when Max wants to play and I can't b/c I'm busy.....so he just curls up and sleeps. That makes me feel sad. He should be running around having fun!
