YT 500 Club Member | I am a big baby.. SO I dropped off Armani at the groomers about 30min ago and the whole time driving there I was so worried about how he would react.. well lets just say he took it better than me. I was a mess, I wouldn give him to the groomer, I wouldn even leave the place lol. I felt so silly. I finally had enough courage to leave and they told me I could call to see how things are anytime.. hmm.. is it too early to call?

| I don't blame you at all! That's your fur baby and it's ok that we worry about them. Maybe give them about one hour and then call to see how he has settled in. Tammy |

| I know exactly how you feel. The first time I dropped Britain off at the groomers I was a wreck. I got home and called my mom crying. I missed her and I was worried about her. The house never seemed so quiet. I have since gotten better but I love to go and pick her up and she is so excited to see mommy |

| I know how you feel. I was not very happy when it was time for Ellie's first groomer visit. I solved that problem though. I decided to do her hair myself. No Groomer, Happy Mommy, Happy Yorkie I know it isn't always possible to do it yourself but it works for us. I"m sure your baby will be just fine.

YT 500 Club Member | I think they thought I was a freak, I was seriously clinging on to him for dear life. I called my dad from the car too crying... came to work and I am just sitting looking at the phone. My boss is bringing me breakfast, I think he thinks I am having a nervous break down. I am just so worried, he is so wiggly, he prob thinks I abandoned him. I hope he doesn hate me. I cant wait until 11:30 lol.

| It's a lot cheaper in the long run to invest in a clipper and couple of extra blades and groom at home. Also keep in mind that groomers do have a lot of dogs going in and out and kennel cough is possible, along with other viruses and fleas. Gosh I hate to sound so negative, BUT I've heard too many terrible stories already. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Considering how much time we all spend on here, I think this label could be applied quite liberally! I know it applies to me!

| Some places do let you stay but I still refuse to let Ellie go. It is a lot cheaper to do it yourself and there is too much risk involved with the whole thing.

YT 500 Club Member | I do plan on doing it myself.. however, for the first time I wanted someone else to do it. And I am glad I did, because he looks absolutely adorable.
