| anyone in middle TN?? I really need a sitter for a couple of days We are flying to California on Thursday and staying for 5 days. I wish I could say it was a "vacation" but it is more of a business trip. I will be staying with my investor for the majority of the time and he just DOES NOT like dogs. he was attacked by a dog as a child and has never really liked dogs since then. When he comes into town, if maggie, or any of our other dogs, go near him, he screams like a little girl. It is the weirdest thing. But he is paying for our trip down there, letting us stay in his guest suite in his house, and it is a trip with a purpose...he wants us to see his operations in CA that are like the ones we have here. We will be meeting with a lot of people, doing a lot of "business dinners" and such. and i just can't take maggie. I have tried it from every angle and I just can't seem to find a way to take her with us. So I am wondering if there is anyone on here that is close to TN that could dog sit for a few days. We are leaving on the 21st and coming home on the 26th. She is a very very good pup. she is 8 months old, spayed, and crate trained. However, she really is never in her crate..unless we are going to be gone for several hours. And once in a while she will go in there on her own when she just wants to rest or something. She LOVES other dogs and has always been great around kids. I am a nervous wreck about leaving her....I just want to find someone to watch her that is familiar with yorkies and what it takes to care for them. i brush her a couple of times every day and i can't imagine going a day without brushing her...she would be a mess!! so I need to find someone that understands those things and I thought..where better to look than YT well, if you are interested at all, or know where I should look...let me know

| Good luck finding someone! If/when I go on vacation, I might ask YT members too... I would love to if I lived in your area! I'm sure you will find someone easily as she is adorable! |

| Aw she's so cute. Too bad you're not in Texas - I'd watch her. Good Luck finding a sitter. It's hard to find someone you can trust your baby with. I left Lacy with a good friend a few weeks ago for 5 days and I was worried about her the whole time.

| I'm about 60 miles south of Atlanta. If all else fails, maybe we can meet somewhere? I'd be happy to love on her while you're gone and Lucy and Rebel would love a playmate

| good news OMG you guys are so incredibly sweet. I do so appreciate all of the offers to help. I do have good news...my best friend came over today and she was practically begging me to let her keep maggie while we are gone. I said "are you sure you want to brush her every day and give her all the attention she needs (going out to potty several times a day, etc.) and she went on and on about how much she loves maggie and would love to do all of those things. It actually works out really good because she is self-employed and works from home. She also works part time for me at my house doing some book-keeping for my business and while I am gone, she will be here for several hours each day taking care of my stuff for me. So it actually works out great. And she has watched our dogs for us in the past and did a great job. took them on walks and everything. So I am confident she will take good care of my precious baby again...I do appreciate all of the help and support here...you are all wonderful!! I will keep you posted on how things are going. RLC12345678, you are a doll and I do appreciate your offer to help us out. If this had not worked out, I would have definitely taken you up on your offer. Thanks again!!!!
