The games Yorkies Play Hi ya'll!! I'm interested to know what kind of games you and your Yorkie like to play. Sophie loves to play fetch and tug of war, but I'm looking for more ideas. Mommy is getting bored but Sophie could play fetch all day long Thanks for any ideas!

Hi! Great name! My little yorkie was named Sophie too! We use to play hide and seek (once momma got tired of fetch and tug of war - you are not alone there). At first it was one treat or one toy or one chew and she would get to see where I put it. Then we would do 2 and so on. Pretty soon she would wait for me to hide everything and then run around like crazy gathering it all back up! After while I would hide things while she napped and she loved it! She was a very obsessive little girl and had to have all her stuff together at all times but she really enjoyed playing hide and seek! Have fun! Windy

I play hide and seek also, except in a different way. Instead of hiding treats, I hide myself while someone holds Riley in another room where he can't see where I hid. He sniffs me out and I give him a treat. It's really fun! We also play tag LOL! He chases me around the house nipping at my ankles. Then, I turn around and growl at him and he runs. Wow! I must look pretty silly playing these games with my dogs! LOL! Good luck with Sophie! By the way, I love her name! If I had a girl Yorkie, that's probably what I would name her.
