| Nails Hello everyone! I got a little problem. My Daisy doesn't let me cut her nails. I know Im not hurting her, because I barely cut the tips. My husband even tried to cut her nails but she crys before we even get to the cutting. At first I thought that her paw must hurt, but they don't . I touch her paw and her nails all the time. Does anyone have any way to keep her occupied while I try to cut them? |

| I have the same problem. Do a "search" here at YT on "nail trim" and you can find lots of ideas from previous posts. |

| Treats, treats, and more treats That is what I use...Emmy does not like them cut, but she will stay occupied with small amounts of treats. I just break a couple of treats into a gazillion (that what it seems like) tiny pieces and put them on the bed. While she is scrounging for the treats, I hold a paw and clip as quick as I can--SAFELY! It is not a quick process for us...maybe little Oscar will be better.

| Maybe this will help. I remember reading on here once a trick of melting cheese unto a plate and they are so busy with that plate of cheese that they let you do anything. Here is the link to the thread: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=24414&
