| Please Please Read And Help!! So about 5 days ago I started integrating Innova with her RC to slowly take her off RC (causes her to itch). When I went to the store to buy it, they gave me sample bags instead to try on her. So I've been feeding her stuff from the sample bag. Yesterday she threw up a little and I couldn't figure it out. Then I noticed on the bag it says "DOG FOOD". It's not puppy formula. Could that have caused her to vomit yesterday? Would that make her sick? She's been active, and pooping well and eating well. But could dog food instead of puppy food make them sick??

| dog food I'm not an expert, like some of the folks on this site but I would say it is possible, but unless it was a lot, it seems like it would be ok, just stop now. I thought one of the primary reasons for puppy food is because it is higher in protein and little ones need that. It is not unusual for them to get an upset tummy, like we do. When that happens I boil plain rice and chicken and give that to mine for a couple of days. |

| I don't think the dog food would do that, as opposed to puppy food. If he likes it, maybe he just ate too much. Also, heat could make their tummy upset. Just watch and make sure he still seems fine! I would continue with your plan, if he eats it well, buy the puppy food.
