| hello im new Hi, my name is Dee and my yorkie is snickers. he is 4 months old. and im looking forward to learn more about my yorkie from the posts. the hardest thing right now is trying to potty train him. one day he pees on the pads the next day he dont. i cant seem to get him consistantly doing it. and i know this will sound terrible but if i dont pick his poop up off the floor or pads right away he plays with it and drags it all over. any suggestions? thanks DEE |

| My yorkie is a bit older than yours and still has the same issues...potty training isn't easy, and I'm trying my best to be patient and just reward the good behavior.... He has his moments of greatness and not-so-greatness...hehe. The only advice I can give is be patient, and we can both hope our furbabies will get better

| Welcome to YT. My girls are pad trained and I did it with treats.. eveytime they went on the pad they got a treat and we made a huge deal out of it. As for the poop if we don't move it off Punkin will eat it. My girls will only pee on a pad 4 times after that they will be nice enough to pee around it.

| Welcome to YT. You guys will love it here! My Roxee is pee pad trained and we did it with treats. We made a big deal when she used it on the pad. I know that some people have used the training spray from Petsmart. Good luck with training and welcome again. Can't wait to see pics of your baby. Thea and Roxee |
