| Cooked food for Rocky! I was reading about people cooking food for monkeys yesterday on this site and I got really excited about it, so when i got home I boiled some chicken breast and steamed brocoli, and some baby carrots. Rocky was really happy with the chicken, he wasnt sure about the brocoli at first, kept throwing it around all over the place, but later on he ate it. Soon after he was running around like a monkey. Overall, I am so happy with him, he is 6 month now, 3.8 lbs. Very well behaved, always uses his pads, loves outdoors. He loves to play and cuddle, but he could be independent at times as well. Guys I dont want to spoil him, but once a week or so I pick him up to sleep on my bed, he goes right to sleep, and yesterday when I went to sleep, I woke up at 1am, had 4 more hours of sleep left and he was asking to come up so I picked him up. I sleep very light and can feel where he is (by my feet) everytime, so i doubt I will crush him. But will he get spoiled this way? I dont want him peeing on bed, which he has never done. Is once a week ok? His little bed is right next to mine,, so I can see him 2 feet away all night. I am just begging for another reason to buy another little one from the same breeder. | I think Rocky sleeping with you is fine as long as you are not afraid of crushing him. If you let him do it once a week he could get the idea that he should be up there all the time so I would say all the time or never. That is just my opinion though.

| My two are 6 and 6 1/2 months and they started sleeping with me a little over a month ago. There was one accident the first week and they got put in the pen immediately and didn't get to sleep in the bed the rest of the week. Since then they have not had an accident, they will persist in licking my face to wake me up if they have to potty

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I'm the wrong person to offer advice here bc my boys are spoiled stinky - it's highly unavoidable. LOL. And, both of them sleep w/ us!
