| What do you think i need opinions Ok so June 28th i am going to be flying from NY to NC which is like a 2hr flight. I was thinking of getting this carrier i saw it in person at the store looks nice a sturday and well constructed. The thing is i am flying Jet Blue and the this is the size regulations that they have Your pet must fit in a carrier that does not exceed 17"l x 12.5"w x 8"h and must be placed under the seat in front of you. And i really want to get this carrier from Celltei http://celltei.com/bapamesi.html which the measurements are 16.5" L x 10.5" W x 11.75" H the only problem is the height im sure i can squish it down some. I just want something that is well constructed and will last me years if anyone can give me their opinion on this i would greatly appreciate it i am thinking of purchasing it tomorrow online. I just want something that's going to be comfy for him and with enough room as well. Thanks you all

| just be careful. My friend recently flew from Floriday to Indiana. Not sure what airline, but they told her her carrier was too large and forced her to rent one of theirs for a ridiculous amount of money. This was after she payed 60.00 each way for her 5 pound poodle to fly in the first place. Just wanted you to be aware what could happen if yours is too big.

| Hey there - I happen to own this very carrier (except in black) and I LOVE it! It is definitely well made and I have used it for the past 4 months and the bag still looks brand new. I think you would be very happy if you decided to purchase this carrier. Also, I see that it is almost 4 inches higher than what is allowed, but I seriously doubt anyone has a ruler the gate. Besides, you can always squish it down as you mentioned. Best of luck!! |

| Yes my baby is 8lbs 4oz i just dont see another one out there with enough room inside as this one and it looks so good i fell in love with it. Either way i think my sis is going to take a carry on little suitcase and i have another carrier not as much room as this one but i will use it as a back up in case they dont allow this one this is the one i currently have http://www.trixieandpeanut.com/travel/m12951.html Keep the opinions coming i like to hear what everyone thinks and for those who have posted thank you soo much.

Bella Boo & Diggy Too! Donating GS Member | Plane Ride! Very bad experiance withthis....Spirit is VERY strict about it and flight attendants on this particular flight from Florida to Detroit were RUDE AS HECK!!! Not to say all sre rude...but these 3 were vicious. And yes they throughly examined our bags and demanded Bella be tightly under the seat even though she was crying and scared. I was miserable the whole flight as was Bella....she stressed and panted the whole time. They also examined her health cert. and they are only good for 2 weeks, we were in FLorida for 2 weeks 3 days so had to re-cert in florida.....it was crazy. Just my experiance dont mean to seem negative but the meanies are out there!

| Well i called Jet blue and asked them if i needed a health certificate and they told me that it's a domestic flight so i wont need one being that Rocky needed his booster shots according to their website 1 month prior to the flight i went 2 weeks ago. I got a the letter stating that he got his rabies shot and the receipt as well. However the vet told me in order for me to get a letter stating that he got his shot that i would have to come back for a visit which is absurd that i have to pay $40 for a visit when i only need a letter. However even on Jet blue website this is all it says about vaccination. Traveling on domestic flights Currently there are no vaccination or documentation requirements for pets on domestic flights. So i am just going to take the paper i got from the vet stating he got his shots just in case.

| I would have to go back and figure out which airlines I've traveled on....but going through our airport and boarding the plane....they never once asked to see Vixxens "ticket" to show I paid, and they certainly never measured the carrier! They were pretty laid back to the details! However the first flight I took her out and they made me put her back So the ride home I held her under a blanket in my arms....yes, I was being sneaky Oh and I might add that I used my tiny Juicy carrier! Which fits her fine - but it is rather small....

| Ok so i got my carrier and it looks so great im sure my baby will be comfy in it tooo. It has this panel inside that i can take out which is like this hard plastic it's for the structure of the top of the carrier. It has a little water bottle holder too a little mesh pouch inside thats detachable. Two pockets on the sides one on the front there is also a top mesh window which opens too. Whe i get home im going to put him in it and take more pics. not sure if the pics look a little distorted (i think that's how you write it) but the bag looks great! happy with my purchase
