| Ugh, I think she is sick. My female yorkie had some really dark stool yesterday and it looked kind of reddish and bloody. She had this once before so I thought I would monitor her. Well last night she woke up and vomitted and I noticed some little specks of blood in her vomit. She is not lying around and acting sick, she is running around and being normal. I am going to take her to the vet just in case but has anyone elses yorkie experienced this?

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Could be giardia, lots of us on here have babies that are treating for it.

| I don't know what it is, but it does sound serious. I hope it all gets resolved soon.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Sounds like a parasite lite giardia or coccydia. The vet can give them meds to clear it up but definatley take her in or take in a stool sample.

| Would I have to treat my other dog as well? Im wondering if I should take in a stool sample from each of them, even though the other one isn't showing any symptoms.
