| Why is my Yorkie Crying???? I've had my male Yorkie since he was 4 months. He is now 9 months and has "crying" moments. I don't know why he cries. It sounds like he's squealing but when I go check on him he stops. He only does this in his room. He just started doing this for the past month. Does anyone have advice for me????? |

| I'm not making light of the situation if there is something wrong with your pup, but it reminds me of the "Everybody Loves Raymond" episode when Ray gives Deborah some "alone" time, spies on her and finds her crying. When he asks her why she says sometimes it feels good to have a good cry...it was a funny episode. Maybe your little guy was just getting in touch with his emotions If nothing else seems to be bothering him, he might just be a little lonely. Some dogs take a little longer than usual to get over being crated or "put away" ...and some never really do get over it. Hope someone can help you out!

| No, I'll be in another room. But I leave his door open so he can come and go as he pleases. I don't know what it is. He usually doesn't cry that long because once I here him I'll go see what he's doing and then he'll stop crying. It looks like he may be scared or something because he'll be cuddled up with his toy but in his room only. |

Probably sounds far fetched, but this is what my vet said. She actually sounds like she is whimpering. Kate

| My Molly, cries ALL the time! We have 2 other little ones (Bichon and Daschaund?). They play well together, etc. but Molly always ends up crying at us as soon as we sit down or start talking. We have tried time-outs, disciple on her, etc. She continues to cry and "talk" to us. Sounds like she is arguing with us at times. |

| I agree with the wanting attention, BUT . . . she doesn't stop. We have picked her up and coo-ed and baby-talked her. Soon as you put her down and walk off to do something else, she follows right behind whimpering and trash-talk that Yorkies do. She's making us crazy. She can be quite the comedian. |

| My Calvin does this when he is lonesome or thinks his daddy is paying to much attention to the other 3, usually if i pick him up for a few minutes he is ok. they are all a little spoiled!
