| He could have a puppy cold, also known as Kennel Cough. Is he coughing?? It could also just be allergies or reverse sneezing. If he has allergies he won't be coughing. If he's coughing, he needs to go to the vet for meds. A lot of new puppies get puppy colds when they go to their new homes. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Since he is so young and I assume you just got him I would definatley have the vet check him for kennel cough as soon as possible. They will check his little lungs and give you some medicine. It can take months to clear up completely but as long as the lungs stay clear he should be just fine.

| Max just had kennel cough. He needs to go to the vet for antibiotics if that's what he has. It's not serious, but needs to be treated.

| Hi Lara. eight weeks is young for a Yorkie to be sold. I'm assuming that you just got him? Did you take him to the vet for a check up to make sure that you got a healthy pup? Because, he's so young I would take him in and have him checked for the gurgle noise. Could be nothing, but could also be pnemonia. Best of luck to you and your little one and welcome to YT. Elaine |
