Donating YT 30K Club Member | I have it for my 2 youngest dogs. It has definately been worth it for Cali who had enormous vet bills. They only covered about 2,000.00 out of 7,000.00 in bills but it ws more than I paid in premiums. Pixie hasn't had to use it Thank God so it has not been worth it for her.

| I guess it's up to the individual but here's what happened to me. I took it out when I got Buddy. I had it for the first year and cancelled it after he reached 1yrs old. I went by my other dogs who lived be 17yrs and 16yrs. Never sick only yearly exams and shots. Well less than 3months later Buddy wound up in the hosp for 4days and a $2,200 hosp bill. If I had the insurance it would have covered 80% less 50.00 deductable. You can bet I picked it up again and won't be without it. |

| I got it on my 2 after my sister's Pom had huge vet bills and finally ended up having Beau PTS. Right before that, my son had the same situation with his cat. I just filed my first claim and am waiting to see what was covered. I think it's worth it. I took the insurance that covers their regular vaccinations.
