| I got this information from the internet about Wizard of Claws. If you are looking to buy a puppy, DO NOT BUY from Wizard of Claws. While they state that they are "breeders" or "consultants", they are in fact a pet store. They are not a kennel as they also sometimes claim to be. They are located in a strip mall in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Most of their puppies come from puppy mills, even though they say they are against them. While they do not themselves buy from puppy mills, they do buy from brokers who buy their puppies from puppy mills. James (aka Jim) and Gilda Anderson, the owners of Wizard of Claws, are known to buy at least some of their puppies from The Hunte Corporation, the largest puppy broker in the United States. In 2002, the USDA charged James Anderson and Wizard of Cl'oz with violations of the Animal Welfare Act in numerous areas including recordkeeping and veterinary care. In 2003, they were found guilty of the charges by reason of default. http://www.usda.gov/da/oaljdecision...ol62_at_185.htm This is the third time James Anderson was charged with violating the Animal Welfare Act under three different business names. They have since changed the name of their business once again to Wizard of Claws. James Anderson (DC# L34318) is also a convicted felon and was released from prison in 2001. http://www.dc.state.fl.us/appcommon...asp?Action=Find Therefore, Wizard of Claws is legally owned by his wife, Gilda Perez Anderson. In addition, Wizard of Claws has and will knowingly misrepresent the health of the puppy to sell it at a 200 - 500 percent profit (and sometimes more). They will also misrepresent or blatantly lie about the estimated size of the puppy as an adult. Many of their "teacup" puppies are not teacup or even miniature, but just standard size. However, since they do not guarantee the size of the puppy, there is nothing the buyer can do. They will also lie about where the puppy came from, who the breeder is and any information about the puppies' parents. Most of their puppies come from Missouri, the puppy mill capital of the U.S. PUPPY STORE SUED FOR MISLEADING CUSTOMERS, SELLING SICK PUPPIES (Pembroke Pines, FL) Two South Florida attorneys have filed a lawsuit on behalf of customers that bought puppies from Wizard of Claws Inc., alleging that the Pembroke Pines pet store defrauds customers by intentionally misrepresenting the origin of the puppies sold, and by selling puppies that suffer from a wide array of health problems, including contagious diseases and genetic disorders. | That is outrageous.. and I seriously doubt that's a real Biewer, it probably is a mixed breed if anything.. and that poor puppy looks so sad to me.. what a shame that people will be duped into thinking it's a "rare" breed and pay that crazy price. That website needs to be put out of business so bad.

| When stupid idiots like Nicole Ritchie buy $8,000 dogs from them, the business just keeps rolling in. |
