Help! Stinky Puppy! Hi everyone. My name is Wendy and I am new to the site. I have my first yorkie named Gracie and for the last 3 months she has gotten very stinky. As soon as one day after her bath she smells and looks like a yarn dust mop. Does anyone know if this could be from her food or the shampoo that I use?

| That could very well be it. Does she go outside at all? What shampoo do you use and what are you feeding her? I'm sure someone will be able to help you girl. Hakuna Matata.

Welcome to YT! Where in Nebraska are you? My Sophie gets stinky sometimes but she seems to be less stinky when her hair is shorter. Someone on YT will be able to help I am sure.

Describe 'stinky'...does her coat smell? Like what? Does she roll around outside in stuff? Anything to do with going potty? Anal glands?

Stinky is like worse than puppy breath and yes she does go outside. I bath her once a week and comb her hair every day. She is even almost potty trained and is only 7 months old. Her only accidents in the house are a few poop ones.

Hi Wendy Fellow Nebrasken Here Just stoping to welcome you to YT . Is her fur stinky? or Breath? Teething or retaining teeth? Maybe ask your vet. You could also try to change things a little I don't know about the food not familer to me but try a new shampoo and see if it stops.
