| thinking of one more for our family... I've said time and time again, "he's enough trouble" but here I am, wanting another yorkie I just think my boy would be happier with a sibling. My two cats Sabang & Mehak have each other and DO NOT like to play with him, despite his constant tries. I know how lonely it can get, being an only child myself, so... the search begins! I want a little girl but this is all for Raja - so do you think he would be happiest with a brother or a sister? The main points to consider will be size (8-12 lbs.) and energy level (SUPER hyper!). Can girls be as energetic as boys, or is it all individual? I also want to adopt/rescue which will put me on a looong waiting list I'm sure. Little dogs get snapped up very quickly in my area & I've never seen a yorkie up for adoption or rescue.

| The best thing I ever did was got Ted a sibling. He has a brother... but Nobella had a little girl and just added a little boy and that seems to be going wonderful by the pics she posts of them together. Sex...is a personal choice I don't think there is a right or a wrong. Follow your heart and it will lead you to who's perfect for your family. Good luck in your search!

| hi, if you decide to go with a boy, I have a couple in the featured breeders section but it might get deleted today as time for the ad has run out. I have also reduced the price listed. One, whiskey looks like he might end up being about six poundds. he is a chunky little guy. pm me if interested. i agree with what someone else said. sex is a matter of personal choice. just whatever you want. all my boys and girls get along great together unless someone is in heat. |

| I too am looking for a sister for Betty. I put down a deposit on Friday. Girls DEFINITELY can be energetic! Believe me! I guess it just depends on their individual temperament. Good luck in your search! |

| Good luck finding your next baby!! Boy or girl doesn't really matter if you neuter/spay. Just pick the one you fall in love with. Look at each puppy's individual personality. You will find your perfect baby!

| I HIGHLY recommend getting him a brother or sister. Maybe one that isn't as hyper as he is because then they will compliment each other. Two hyper dogs spell trouble. It doesn't matter is it's female or male, it just depends on personality. Good luck in your search! |

BANNED! | Getting him a sibling of either sex is definately a good idea IMO. I would suggest taking some time to think about whether or not you can afford the care, time and additional monies involved in proper care of a second one. If you can do all this then I wish you the best in finding another furbaby, I suggest checking out the featured breeders section there are some great puppies listed there as well as looking for a rescue/adopt. |
