Donating YT 11K Club Member | Is it just tinys? I was wondering if it is common for tiny's/small dogs to actually like being carried in a dog carrier? London is 2 lbs and she LOVES her dog carrier and being carried but Teddy he is about 8 lbs and he LOVES to walk/run and NOT be carried...so I was just wondering if that is that usual for a small dog to like being carried and a big dog not? Does anyone have bigger yorkies that like to be in a carrier? |

| I think it all depends on how you trained them at a young age.... Sammie goes in his carrier even when it's just sitting in the living room because ever since he was little...I would put him in there and then walk out of the house... he soon associated the carrier with going outside and he loves going out. |

| need the right carrier .... Friday loves her carrier, and goes in it willingly, Monday never really liked being in a carrier, perhaps b/c it was not the right carrier ... Friday is 3 lbs now and Monday is 4.5 lbs.

| Both of mine HATE the carrier. Angel is 4.6 pounds and loves to be carried. She walks pretty well if there isn't any traffic around. Prince is 6.7 pounds. He likes to walk but of course is never opposed to being carried. |

| Keely is 4.2lbs and she loves to go in the carrier. Since day one when I got her she would go in there and sleep. Now when I put it on the floor she crawls inside and thinks that she is going somewhere. I say were going out, get in your bag and she runs and gets in right away and waits for me to zip her in. It's so cute. She also likes to walk and run.

| Anna doesnt mind her carrier but if we arent moving she wants out of it. She wont walk on a leash she fights with it instead and im afraid she is gonna hurt herself. So she has to go in the carrier when we go places. |
