| Puppy Training classes A few months ago I purchased my first puppy. I hadn't had the chance to ever post any pictures so I will definitely do so today. My question is has anyone had any success with puppy training classes? My baby and I are on the waiting list to begin classes in a few weeks. They are a bit costly ($120), but that is covering eight 40 minute private sessions. We've been having some aggression problems lately but I don't want to neuter him and I will be taking him to Germany this year when I visit my family (I fly back every six months). In Germany I will be able to take him everywhere I go, but he has to act right and right now he is barking aggressively at everything he sees. I've heard some good and some bad things about these training classes. What do you think? |

| I suppose it all depends on the trainer really. Ask if the trainer is trained in behavior issues. Most are not. |

I just really don't want to get my puppy neutered and I want him to be a little more obedient. I'm also excited because this will be quality time for me and him. I work 8-5 so he doesn't get to see me all that much. I leave him with my mother during the day so that he can run around in her yard and not be alone. I think some of the aggression has to do with the fact that I don't always have as much time since I am going to school as well. I hope this really works out! | |
