| Another grooming question please... This is probably a stupid question but how do you get the hair out of the pads of the feet? Do you use a scissor or a clipper? Yikes I don't know if I can groom Brutus myself! I know I'm going to need help from my husband because I tried to do a little today and he wasn't having any of it! But I'd really like to try before I break down and take him to a groomer. Thanks!

| trimming the feet This may not be the proper method, but it works for me. I use a small pair of scissors and I wait until they are sleeping/napping on my lap then I don't have to fight them as much. I just trim what I can away from the pads so they can get better traction on the floor. I have a trimmer that I use on their ears, but I feel more comfortable using the scissors on their feet. I've tried the trimmer before and found that I had a hard time getting it between their toes (not much room there... ) |

| I use scissors as well. And, like Yorkie Owned, I do it when she's sleeping on my lap.
