| Everyone Listen Up. I do not own YorkieTalk, but it is a place where I enjoy spending much of my time. Recently, I have not been coming here as often because of all of the childish BS that is going on. I am 21 years old and it feels sometimes as if I am much older than a lot of the people on here. I am not trying to start a controversial thread, so please don't "doughnut" me. No one listens to Admin when he asks not to "hawk" products (or join YT just to advertise), bring up past experiences with people on other forums, personally attack members, sabotage people or get off-topic. Poor Lenora (Brownie's Mom) just wanted to make YT a great place and have a Member of the Month contest for fun and many people turned it into something that I'd rather not talk about. I came here in early February to find advice about my adorable and well-loved Yorkie named Stewie. I made a few friends and some great acquaintances. I've even helped a fellow member pick out a Yorkie from a breeder. I am grateful for YT; it has taught me a lot about my dog and other people all over the world. I just wanted to take this opportunity to try to BRING our forum back together: Please re-read the rules if you haven't lately. Please try to follow them. Please remember that YorkieTalk.com needs good members to keep going at this amazing rate; try to be/become one of the good members. Thanks for reading.

| I agree!!!!!! I to joined this forum when I was looking at purchasing my lil macy. I have made a lot of friends on this forum and I am the one kristy helped when i picked out my puppy. I have to say that although I have learned a lot from all of you, I have been really let down by responses from some of the members here. Lets try to remember the reason for this forum. It's about yorkies and a place to learn and share about our spoiled lil yorkies. I love seeing everyones pics and hearing all your funny stories about the silly lil things these lil pups get into. I also love the fact that we can come here for comfort when we need it. So come on guys lets not ruin everything with petty arguments and accusations. We are here for the yorkies not for the controversy and bickering. |

| Thanks for posting that Kristy! Trolls beware this site is not a friendly place for you! I've got nearly 1000 posts and I don't intend to start all over some where else.

| I agree totally!!! Life is too short ... my moto has always been, "If you don't like what you're doing ... by all means, go do something else!!" I have been here for quite a while and have observed that those "trolls" and troublemakers usually just insult members, start arguments and move on to other sites! We just have to put up with them until they do!!

| Yeah, Stewie's Mum. When you get to my age you know that life is way too short for all the petty bull that happens in life. So lets get back to smelling the roses and enjoy each other and our wonderfull furr babies stories.

| Since we are all clearing the air here I have a couple of things to say too. I have been a returning member here for over 2-3 years and because one of the members here does not like a few of us we are singled out with your donut posts.Talked about in your little club and new members are pm'd about us. In a word, blackballed. If you are trying to hurt my feelings with it don't bother,I just think it is pretty stupid. I am not a troll, I belong to at least 3 yorkie sites and have had ONE issue. This is a DOG forum, thankfully it is not my social calender. BUT, if another member starts a controversy and one of us responds suddenly there is the oh so clever donut posts.Or one of us gets accused of starting the controversy when we just stated our opinion on it. OR there is very litle response to my posts, no big deal, there are very few of the members here either qualified or experienced enough to give advise on health breeding or buying a dog. Personally I have seen some Godawful advise given here on buying a dog. I came here to talk about my dog and hopefully promote good buying practices, something some of you would do well to listen to from the older more experienced members of this board.yorkierose, whispersmom, feminvistr, luv my pupster, jerry.I am leaving out a couple of them only because you wouldnt listen to their advise anyway, you would just get out the doughnuts LOL. I am not talking to the entire board just a chosen few, good manners dictate I not mention any names.Dawn |
