| I find the 6 inch bully stick lasts about one week if JoJo can chew on it whenever he wants but lately I have been reserving it for evening when he seems to have a lot of energy right up to bed time. He does quite a bit of gnawing before he goes to sleep. Gucci, our new pup who has only been with us a week (he is 6.5 months) likes to chew on his before bedtime to, but is tired of it long before JoJo. Long live the bully!

| My Kobe has at least 5 bully sticks laying around in various parts of the house (bedroom, living room, hallway). He just picks up a bully stick according to which room he's in. It takes him months for him to chew down a bully stick where it's too small for him to have. -lsf |

| Mine have bully sticks all over the place. Move a pillow or cushion around here and you are sure to find one. They have never actually eaten one completely. They just chew for a while then "bury" them. Lately they have been more interested in the Merrick's flossies (isn't that what the curly ones are called) and the Texas toothpicks. The toothpicks I only let them have when I can keep an eye on them since they like to walk around holding them by the ends and I worry that they will hurt themselves. |

| They don't last around here because my toy poodle will gobble hers up and proceed to take Bobbis...........or vice versa In average, I'd say that they last 3 days. I do throw them out when I see they get all white and nasty and/or they are about 3 inches.

| Jaxon always has one or two chewies on the go. I try to avoid the bully sticks but he has flossies or other natural chewies that I buy from a doggie bakery in Boston. He can sometimes chew through a flossie in a couple of hours!

| We only let Conner have his at night when we settle in to watch tv. It is the only thing that will settle him down for a while so that we can have a little time without him bugging us constantly. One will last him a week - not because it it too small, but because it gets nasty looking.

| I found the definition on Wikipedia.. A bully stick, also known as a beef stick, is a dog treat made from a dried bull's "ahem". The "ahem", usually measuring about 24 inches in length, is removed and cut into sections. The sections are then dried and are sold as a dog treat. use your imagination to figgure out what the actual word is "ahem" lol |
