| Toys and teething items for new puppies Angel's puppies (25 days old) are just as playful as they can be. They are very active. They are also teething. I need to know what is best for them to teeth on and play with. Any suggestions?

| Everything I have read and from my experience NYLABONES are the best and the safest! They sell a three pack of the petite size and mine have always loved all three of them... there is a blue nubby bone, a bacon flavored and a clear chicken flavored and they are wonderful!

| I'll check into those. Are they safe for tiny babies like mine? They don't yet have teeth but when they chew on my fingers I can feel them coming in. Should be only a matter of days.

| LOL yeah that's a little more like it. Not sure I could look at my pups chewing on the other one without laughing my tushy off. lol Why on earth would someone make a bone that looks so fallick like? Even more mind boggling is the people that would buy it. May as well let them chew on stuff from your "toy" box. LMAO Thanks for the link. Im gonna buy some asap.

| Try using quality milk bones out of the bins not the bags also dingo bones (you can find them at walmart or pet smart) at about 5-6 weeks ... a pup will chew on one for a week when the dingos get small I throw them away. I've never had double canines nor tarter problems, I give them to the babies, teens and adults often, also I send a pack home with the puppy pack. hope this helps

| Nylabones are great! I've used them for years and I've never had any innappropriate chewing problems to deal with. I always buy the soft, smooth, flavored ones and a few of the small blue nubby ones and the blue ones always end up being the favorite. I've bought the hard ones and they never get used...I think the softer ones give a comfortable resistance while they're teething. If you try them buy a bunch...they get lost easy. |

| JoJo- your yorkies are exactly like mine... seems they both always to want the blue nubby bone! I just went to Petsmart today and got some of the smooth kind that are cheese flavored and they are going crazy over them. They never really like the other smooth ones before today!

| I haven't seen the cheese flavored ones...maybe I'll take Jo on a field trip tomorrow and see if they have them at Petco. I know Nylabones have saved numerous table and chair legs in our house over the years...I'll never have a Yorkie without a Nylabone! |
