| girth measurement (any harness makers) i'm "trying" to make a harness. the instructions ask for the girth measurement. it says its right behind the front legs. well i measured and then added 7 like it says... i came out with a too small harness. so i'm wondering if i'm measuring in the correct place OR i suck at measuring which is a strong possibility! so where actually is the girth measurement?

| I have made Gordon a few harness. I purchased one and just eyed it and then took typing paper and taped to sheets together and made a pattern. The one I bought him was x-small. I do know the girth area is around his chest. I don't make any to sell, but I do know that some on here do......I'm sure they can help you. Here are a few I made for Gordon:

| thanks so i take my measuring tape and measure around the rib cage? back to belly? that makes a lot more sense!!!! thanks again!
