| I'm in tears! OMG! I've seen the worst thing that I've ever seen probably in my life. I looked up puppy mills and saw pictures. You guys its so horrible! This dog had a log chain around his neck and it was dug so far into his skin that it looked like his head was about to fall off. A s**tzu had such a bad skin disorder all her hair fell out. Puss was coming out of its eyes and they were even holding a dead Yorkie puppy in their hands. I hope sharing this with ya'll hasn't disgusted ya'll or offended you. I'm just really upset with what I have seen. I wonder if there is anything we can do to stop puppy mills. Its gotta stop. Those dogs weren't loved! They were used! They said they couldn't even find the puppies in all the feces. Is there anything we all can do to stop this? Dogs shouldn't be used like this. Every dog deserves a chance and a home. These dogs are stacked in little cages no bigger than a pet taxi. Where they spend their misserable lives. God help them! |

| If you believe in hell, or at least in consequences for our actions after death, then you will understand there is a special place in hell for people who do this to innocent animals. Every cruel thing they have done in this life, they will have to suffer themselves after death. There's no excusing themselves at the last minute, their fate is sealed I'm afraid. Too bad for them all. |

Its called Money$$$$. People will do almost anything to get it, even if others have to suffer. My heart goes out to all those poor dogs in puppy mills. We bought a white lab at a kennel one time. He could barely stand up in it, it was so small. When we got him home the poor thing had to learn how to walk. He walked all funny. Its sad when a 4mth old puppy has to train itself to walk. | |

| It is horrifying and heartbreaking to read those stories and look at those pictures. This is an issue that does not get the attention and action that is needed and deserved. Did you know in PA it is acceptable to use the dead puppies as fertilizer? They can just dump the bodies in the fields never knowing how they died and they rot. What ever was in them, leachs into the soil and the crops. The crops are then sold to you and I. Honestly, this is the only thing that I have read that i could see making the difference. Mainly b/c there are too many people that just don't care enough b/c they are "just dogs". it is the same thing that is going on right now with the pet food. It's "just dog food". But imagine if that was people food that was being recalled? Now....SOMETHING would be done. Just like if people start to realize that puppy mills in PA are ALLOWED by LAW to use sick dead puppies as fertilizer for HUMAN FOOD, that, *might* do the trick. Maybe get the ball rolling. It is sad. It is heartbreaking. It wrenches your heart to see and hear it. I would love to see Hunte taken down. I think that would be a huge help. All you can do is keep spreading the word. Keep telling people about puppy mills and why not to buy from pet stores. Little by little. One more person who knows...and keep hoping.

| Makes you sick to your stomach, doesn't it? All for $$ and greed is rampant. However, being aware of puppy mills and inferior breeding makes you gain knowledge to share with others. It is shocking to me that anyone could abuse an animal in that manner or kick them to the curb. Thanks for sharing.

| I have 2 questions. 1. I agree that these horrible places should be stopped immediatly. BUt when we say dont buy from pet stores what happens to these babies that might have had a chance to go to a loving home even if it just for a small part of their lives? Who loves them? Its not their fault they were born the way they were. 2. Are there any organizations we can join or donate to to help put an end to these mills and get the puppies to safety? |

LUV my 3 Furrs & Alex Donating Member | That is so horribly wrong. It scares me to think what people are capable to do to this innocent animals. I think this people will go to''hell'' and burn into eternity. This makes me so sick to my stomach. Thank God there are people like us on earth too.At least there is a slight balance.
