| Does anyone else have a thief in the house? Just wondering if anyone else has problems with their babies taking things that do not belong to them? If we leave anything laying around...Buddy will take it!!! I have caught him with my cell phone, my mouse, my Bluetooth earpiece, keys, pens, pencils, etc.... you name it, he will grab it and run. He will also drink anyones drink if we leave it sitting out. lol Do they outgrow this? I am hoping it will get better as he gets older...replacing items he has chewed up and/or broken it getting expensive. Buddy is 5 months old. Oh....he has tons of his own toys...everytime I am at the grocery store or Target (any place that sells doggie items) ...I always come home with toys for him. Looking forward to hearing from my YT friends!!!

| We have a "laundry" thief! Phoebi will hear the dryer buzzer go off and run to watch me fold the clean clothes. Everytime she takes off with a sock, towel or a pair of underwear that usually doesn't show up again until we have company! |

| Yorkies are so special !!! Our Annie is 2 years old and "steals" just as you described. We have to trade a dog cookie for whatever she's stolen to get it back in good condition. We love her no matter what. We had a Scotty for 13 years, a Westie for 15 years, both of them were smart and spirited, but nothing as full of energy and mischief as this girl ! She keeps us laughing at her antics. |

| I don't think they get better about this as they get older, I think we just get better at putting things where they can't get to them. I USED to leave stuff on my nightstand all the time, (chapstick, scrunchies, small book light, gum..ya know stuff) but now my night stand is clean as a whistle at all times, just the alarm clock I just look at it as the added-value in a yorkie...they make me be much neater!

| Mytheif has a small tent, actually he is pictured in it here, everytime something disappears, like my slipper, or anything else left out I look in his den (tent) first, and it is there 90% of the time, not chewed up or ruined just hidden away. He is a pro. Kinda fun...

| I guess the only thing that my Bijou really steals is my youngest daughter's Croc shoes. I find them everyone, except for in the shoe closet where they belong. Bijou will steal food right out of your hand though.

| Dog Property Laws 1. If I like it, it's MINE. 2. If it's in my mouth, it's MINE. 3. If I can take it from you, it's MINE. 4. If I had it a little while ago, it's MINE. 5. If it's MINE, it must never appear to be yours in any way. 6. If I'm chewing something up, all the pieces are MINE. 7. If it just looks like mine, it's MINE. 8. If I saw it first, it's MINE. 9. If you are playing with something and you put it down, it automatically becomes MINE. 10. If it's broken, it's yours. Saw this on a Tshirt at THIS site. |

| Winston is an angel, he never touches anything that is not his. Now Maggie, from day one she'll run off with just about anything. Her favorite is socks, underwear, Mommy's slippers, etc. LOL
