| Hair? When-ish does their adult hair start to come in?? Chloe has about 3 hairs on the top of her head and Mommy really loves bows and topknots, but can't put Chloe's hair up yet because it doesn't work out. I have one bow that I can get in, but I've only put it once for pictures because I have to pull her hair a bit to get it in and it's really tight Also, her hair is very fine & *fluffy* and doesn't feel like real hair. It feels kinda like a REALLY soft cotton ball. Is that a puppy coat? Her Mommy & Daddy's hair was normal... Thanks

| Sounds like puppy coat to me. How old is she? If it's really fine, she'll probably have a silky coat. That's what mine has. Hers was sparse when she was a baby, too. Usually when they are six to eight months you'll have hair to deal with.

She's only 4 1/2 months, so it must be puppy coat. It's very fine, but mostly just fluff. When I move the little bit of hair that she does have on her hair, I can see scalp lol Thanks for the reply

| I know exactly what you mean. Kacee's is long now. We may be getting it shorter in a few days. Haven't decided yet for sure. But you can see her body profile through it. Muffins's was so thick. They are all different.

| My Bijou has no hair either. She went to the groomers last month and they did put a top knot in (with all 6 hairs) LOL. It surely wasn't because she "needed" it. It was more to make me happy I think. My Bijou's scalp shows also if you brush those baby hairs on her head. I just don't think I can blame it on puppy coat. Bijou is now over 7 mos. old and still bald. But then again, someone said that some day she might just sprout a beautiful coat and shock everyone.
