| YT May Have Saved My Yorkies I was just thinking about this far reaching recall of pet food. Looking through the list of brands included, I realized that all of the brands I used to feed my dogs were there. When I came to YT, I learned that some of the brands I had trusted were not the best choice. I tried several along the way and wound up feeding mine Canidae. It is not sold here and I would never have known about it if not for this forum. So -- THANK YOU all who recommended this food. When I read about it, I realized it was the perfect match for my 4 who range in age from puppies to senior. Thankfully, Canidae is not affected by the recall and my pups are safe from the rat poisoning.

| I agree about Yt being such a good place to learn things you would never have known otherwise. I feed mine Natural Balance and would never have started doing that if I had not seen the post that rated them A+. I wouldnt mind trying Candaie, but not sure where to get it. I havent seen it at Petco I dont think. This place is a wealth of knowledge. |

| OMG yes!!! When it comes to feeding, I would have been totally lost without the advice of Yorkie Talkers!!!! My Mango became a suddenly fussy eater, and I also learned of Canidae, which she is now happily eating. I would have no way of finding out all the different choices of dog food, what is healthier/ good for their coats/ more nutritious without the members here! |
