| I feel horrible, I made him to eat that food! I feel soooo horrible. I thought my 13 year old Yorkie was being stuborn or a picky eater 6 months ago. He would refuse to eat that rat poisioned dog food to the point he wouldnt eat at all and then he would get sick because his stomach was so empty. I thought it was mostly a control issue with him so I would make him eat that food because I thought once he got food in his stomach he would feel better. He knew then that food was bad and oh my, the grief we would go thru to get him to eat. I would put him on the counter and hand feed him, he would turn his head away and curl his lip up when i got the food near his lips. I swear, several times I even pryed his teeth apart to get food into his mouth just to get him to eat. I even took him to the vet to see if something was wrong with him for not wanting to eat. I finally got tired of the money being wasted on wet food and those horrible evenings of trying to get him to eat so I decided to start home cooking for him 6 months ago, He is a pig now and I havent had one ounce of trouble getting him to eat. I now think I need to get him tested to see if he has any kidney damage all though he seems fine. God, I feel so guilty but who knew that food was bad, except for him, he knew! |

| I was feeding him those soft pouch foods, mostly the Pedigree soft pouch but tried them all at some point and time. |

| These little guys are very smart! One time, my husband and I bought a bag of Miko's prescription dog food and he would not eat it for anything, and he always liked his food. So, my husband checked the expiration date on the bag and it had been expired for months! We bought an old bag of dog food and didn't know it, so we took it back and bought another one. He ate the other food, no problems. Maybe there was something wrong with the first food, maybe he could taste that it was stale. I don't know, but he knew he did not want to eat it.

| I could be mistaken but Pedigree is made by the same manufacturer as Cesars and I don't think they are manufactured by Menu Foods. |
