| Toys for Power Chewers Anyone know of toys/bones that hold up to power chewers like my two? I think it's Emma more than Milli, but I can't keep their toys separate. They keep destroying stuffed toys, rubber toys, and go through nylabones like it's no one's business! I won't give them Greenies or Rawhide, and I can't stand the thought of a "bully stick" or cow hooves or pig ears-EW! So far, these are what hold up, but I'm looking for other alternatives: -Nylabones -Kongs -Fleece toys from Three Dog Bakery Any ideas? |

| Petsmart has been carring a new line of toys that my mom's weimarener can't tear up. I can't find them on the website, but they are located by the kongs in the store & made out of a rubber material. They have a blue dog, cats, balls, footballs, & we have an orange fisbee. They seem to be every durable & squeak for a long time.

| I too am on the constant lookout for indestructable toys for Buddy. He seems to enhale toys and I have stopped buying them but never stop looking for one. I did find a new one on Sat. It is made by Milk Bone. It is red , shaped like a triangle and has little nubs all over it. It is made from rubber which he dosen't seem to destroy like the stuffed ones. He actually loves it. He is a larger Yorkie and it is not a small toy. Maybe 4-5" across but he is having a ball with it. Watch out for the nylabones if he is a chewer. The particles that are ingested from chewing can cause many digestive problems. They are dangerous. |

| My son has a VERY large dog with jaws like a lion and he could rip anything up no matter that some were said to be indestructable, he could destroy it. Once when he was here he found my dogs little Nylabone Dental Dinosaurs and started to chew it. Couldn't destroy it. He loved that little Dinosaurs and chewed it each day. I let him take it home and since then I have always gotten him one for his birthday and for Xmas. His favorite toy, and he has never been able to chew them up. I get them at http://www.petedge.com the number to them is TF22101 It's the durable one. They have a flexible one too, but it's too soft. |

| Like the dino idea. A friend's boston terrier has one, and so far it seems indestructible. It looks a little big for a yorkie though. I'll shop around for a smaller one. Anyone else have any ideas? |

| One of mine is totally destructive chewer. I have tried so many things. None of mine will touch a Nylabone - any flavor. They only touch Kongs if they are stuffed with something. She loves plush toys but destroys them so fast. The only thing I have found that works is the Bully Sticks. I will never be without them as long as I have dogs! (that is unless there is a recall ) I have found that the Rip Em toys are pretty good. They are made with velcro so the limbs and head fly off, and the dog thinks they have destroyed it, but then you just put it back together and start again! So far, they haven't destroyed those and really enjoy playing with them. I'm thinking now that nicer weather is on the way, I'm going to exercise her outside like crazy and see if that won't displace some of her everlasting energy from destroying toys... |

| Oh yeah I am with you. Cody will chew up and plush toy within minutes. He takes the sqeaker out and then pulls all the fluff out. Then he just looks at me like "Now what?"
