| Still no puppy :( I just went to my friends birthday party, her parents came out with a big box and inside was a tiny lil yorkie puppy. it killed meee, i smiled an ackward kind of smile while she ran up and hugged and kiss her new puppy. ive been researching, saving and looking for a puppy for months and yet.. no puppy. It makes me want to take my credit card run up to the nearest petshop and take home the 1st yorkie puppy i see! but NooOO i have to find the right breeder which is turning out to be alot harder than it sounds. all the breeders in my area are teacup-centric and all the good ones far away dont ship I just want a happy, healthy, puppy. i dont need teacup, or micromini, or pocket book or anything like that its just so FRUSTRATING! The doggy i have now really is wonderful, but hes my stepsisters dog, she bought him a while ago and he knows who his owner is. i just want a dog of my own sorry for the vent. anyways, would some1 plz post some of the yt breeders? |

| It's ok to vent. I'd been wanting a yorkie for years & doing major research. It took a long time to find my Riley. But she was well worth the wait!!!! Keep looking & before you know it, you'll have your baby too. |

| i know how you feel jacky!! i was the same way - could not find a puppy anywhere and i had been searching for a year. then my neighbor showed up with one AFTER i told her that i wanted one!! and as many times as i asked her to let me know when or if the person she bought her puppy from had more she would not! it was like she wanted to be the only person with one. so i kept checking the newspaper for them and it was either the price was more than i wanted OR they were located too far away. i didn't give up and i kept praying for one and almost fell out of my seat at the beauty shop when i saw the ad that i ended up getting romeo from! my prayers were answered and i went a picked him up the same day as soon as my husband got home from work. hang in there!!! |

| I know the feeling! I want a Yorkie so bad and I can't have b/c no pets allowed but a girl that is my friend here in Alaska is getting one. I'm gonna be so jealous. You'll find that special puppy. I will to but unfortunatly its gonna be like 2008 before I get mine. When my husband deploys I go back to Oklahoma and then I'll get one. Though I'm not looking forward to my husband deploying I can't wait to get me a baby. |

| Oh yeah one more thing! I've been looking on puppyfind.com and have found some great deals on Yorkie puppies. Some of them even have websites so you can look at the parents and get a good idea what your puppy will look like as a adult. Some of them even have a set price with shipping included. I saw two for like $600 and that included shipping. They were so cute! But really look into it when you buy on the internet b/c some people will just take your money and ruin. Look up what not to do when buying dogs on the internet and look up Fraudery when buying pups. I was looking into one not to long ago and they would've taken my money and run, but I read that thing and saw all the signs that are out there for people taking your money. They say never pay with Western Union and never buy over seas. Seriously read this before buying. Goodluck! I hope I've helped you some. |

| I think all of us have felt that way at one point. It's very frustrating trying to find a responsible breeder, without paying WAY too much. I got my first one from a puppy mill, without knowing what a puppy mill even was. But after I seen him, I have to get him out of there. Trust me, I wish I could have had them all. It was sad seeing them running back and forth in their little crates. No socialization. But I'll tell ya, after time he has been a great dog, and hasnt had any health issues. But don't worry, your day will come. And you will be happy that you didnt settle. A friend of mine, went and looked at a pup, but it wasnt what she wanted. Sure it was cute, but she had her heart set on a few characteristics. Which the dog did not have. Anyways, take your time and research as much as you can. And you WILL find your new baby. I promise. Good luck!

| As little patience as I have when it comes to waiting....I always try to remember that good things come to those who wait. Yours will come and will be extra special.

| Did you ask your friends parents where they got the puppy? Maybe there are more for sale, but if they got it at a pet store, then DONT do it! Here is a breeder in Miami. http://www.seasideyorkies.com |
