| Gray Hair Annie is now 15 weeks old and she is still little ((she weighs 25 oz)). Over the last few days we have noticed that the hair on her head is turning gray at the roots. Kinda like mine What does this mean if anything? She has a beautiful thick coat of hair right now. Kasey & Annie |

| LOL! She is changing to her adult color! Don't worry mom! My oldest had the grey on her head and now she is all tan on her head, but her whole body is silver. My puppy is not quite 6 months and she has grey on her head too...she needs her roots done!

| So will her head be tan or silver? Will the rest of her change or stay black? I have been so worried about her size I never thought about her color Kasey & Annie |

| I'm guessing she will turn tan like mine - in the face. I'm not sure if you can tell how the rest of her body will be - silver or black/brown? I wish I still had Vixxen's baby pics on my computer to show you. But this is how she turned out...and her body was dark with a lot of tan on her face...

| Thank you! Without seeing better pics of your baby and without the cute sweater on...lol....she does look similar in color to how Vixxen was. Did you see her parents when you got her? I'm surpised more people haven't replied to this for you...I bet they will

| I am trying to learn to resize my pictures, but I changed my avatar to a newer one. You can't see it as much as you can in person, but her head is really gray Kasey & Annie |

| It is perfectly normal for their hair to change colors. I don't have any pictures on this computer but Scampers started getting grey hair on his head at 3 months old. Now at over a year old his whole head is gold. Well for the most part, I still have to cut out the old hair which is still grey but I am waiting for his hair to grow a little longer before I cut it. As for the body, he stayed black but Destiny is turning silver on the body. They both look like they had their hair dyed and need a touch up, lol. If her body hair is going to change colors you should notice the roots already changing colors or soon. My guess is that she will have a gold head. She sure is a cutie!!

| Abbie was the same color as Annie when she was a puppy and she originally had grey roots on her head and they eventually changed to gold. Her black body hair grew into a light silver but it's changing to a darker silver right now--she has darker roots growing in

| maggie has a lot of black on her body and her hair started turning gray on her head pretty early on. now she has a ton of the tan color on her face in throughout her head (mixed with some silver) and i am seeing the silver coming through where on her chest and at the tops of her legs and close to her neck. let me see if i can post some pics of when i first got her, when she first started changing, and now. I'll see if I can find some good ones. most of the pics I have, she has clothes on 1. her first night with us. a lot of black and tan 2. starting to get some silver 3. more silver 4. her head is getting more tan mixed with the silver. the black is pretty much gone from her head.
