What's on the inside of...... belly bands? If I want to make some of these, what do I put in the middle as an absorber?

I put a square of fleece in the center, but then you should use a half of a poise pad so you don't have to wash them all the time. I have found that if I don't use the fleece then the pads don't like to stick.

You can use old wash clothes or micro fiber washclothes. Just cut to fit it the pattern, you can fold/double for more absorbancy.

| Most people line them with pads with each use. I've also purchased some cotton diaper liners. I have found that everything sticks best to my fleece bands though.

liners Panty liners or a large pad works because they had sticky on the back and do not shift or fall out..keeps the band dry and clean...
