| Coulda Been Disasterous! My dad took Stewie outside into the yard and he went potty, ran around for a bit and then my dad opened the gate to go back inside. He was standing by the side door in the gangway waiting for my dad to let him in when 2 teenage boys were walking a Doberman. Stewie darted out in front and tried to attack the Dobe. My dad yelled "grab him" and one of the boys picked Stewie up. The Dobe jumped up on the kid and licked Stewie. I wasn't home for the crazyness.

| Yikes! Good quicking thinking there by Gramps! A lot of folks have recommended to me that you keep a young Yorkie on a leash even when you take them outside to pee, just for cases like this. What a ferocious little guy, at least the Doberman realized Stewie wasn't lunch. |

| Oh my!! It's unbelieveable how fast our little guys can dart out from under us. Thank heavens the teenage boy caught Stewie! Glad he's OK!

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Quick thinking and REACTING all around - that was a close one...what a tough little guy you have...I can just see him going after a dog that size - they really are big dogs in tiny bodies ! |
