| HOW OLD is your baby? What is his/her normal eating schedule. When is the last time he/she had a meal. We will need a liittle bit more information. we just got chelsey last week and she is suppost to eat 4 times a day she is 10 weeks old. We feed her 4 time a day but she is only eating really twice. the other day she just picked at it. This morining she ate it all up. Maby your baby had a lot to eat the other day and is still working it off. or maybe they could be picky eater. Chester is very picky with his food.. this is the yorkie he will only eat Royal Cain. Nothing else but treats and that certian dog food. Please provide us with more information. |

| You can try to add some canned food with the dry food, i did that do Mojo as soon as i got him and it worked Check the amount of food you are giving daily, make sure it is the amount recommended for his age and weight. Yorkies are so small and have such a small stomach that they might eat less than we think is normal.. Also, having a regular schedule of feeding time helps, i do not leave food out for more than 1 hour. |

| Toto is 15 months and our vet says she should only be eating about 1/4 cup, total, a day! Seems like such a small amount, but she only weighs 4 lbs. so I guess it's more than it seems. She also said that when she has a picky eater that she makes a dish comprised of ground turkey, veggies and pasta and they love it. I have made this for Toto and she gobbles it up [my husband liked it too!] He usually tastes of most everything that we feed her!! NEVER give them any onion or spices!! I found that adding a little parm cheese, sour cream or cream cheese helps [all low fat]. In fact, she loved it so much she had to be forced back to her dog food because she gained too much weight!! We give her vet formula Nutri-Cal every day to insure she has all the vitamins and nutrients she needs. She is a very picky eater ... the dog food that she will eat is Natural Balance [I cut it in tiny little pieces and add a little sour cream, etc. It comes in a roll similar to summer sausage] and Royal Canin Yorkshire 28. Our vet assures us that as long as there isn't any physical problems ... they WILL eat when they get hungry and we have found that to be true!! [Darn it!] Probably the best thing is to speak with your vet about it.

| Hi , Yorkies are very picky with ther food babie could be bord of it. Try the Royal Cain. It has a picture of a yorkie on it. It is made especially for yorkies. Chester love it. You can also try some baby food . I was told that helps. I would not give to much. If you a swiching food make sure you do it gradually or puppy will have diraria. Please consult with you vet first before you make any changes to babies diet. since baby is 4mounth now maybe she does not need as much food as before. I belive by one year they will be down to two feedings a day. |
