| does cold weather afect ur babies Hi everyone, just wondering how you're babies react to the cold. Well its pretty cold here in Ireland at the moment. When my Missy gets up in the morning and the house isnt warm she will sit and really shake, so i have to wrap her in a blanket till the heating in the house kicks in and she warms up. She hates goin for a walk when its cold, she refuses to walk lol so in the winter she doesnt do much walking. If tried putting sweaters and tee shirts on her but she absoultly hates dressing up. Now my other girl Boots is complety different, the cold weather doesnt seem to affect at all, if she could stay outside all day if i let her and will also let me put any clothing on her. Its just funny the way there personalitys are so different. Just wondering if any of you're babies hate the cold weather. |

| Zoey loves when it's cold, b/c it's more time she gets to play outside in the yard! She's such a silly billy. |

| Oliver shivers when it's really cold. But, he'll never refuse to go outside, as long as he has something warm on, like his parka. And, when he's in the house, if it's cold, he either wants to be picked up and cuddled, and he stays right up under your neck, or he'll lay down next to you, as long as you wrap him in a blanket, and tuck him in all around! lol. Silly Oliver!

| My "kids" woke me up at 6:00 am this morning and wanted to go outside to check out who had been in their yard during the night. It was still dark and 7 degrees, brrrrrr. I had to make them come in, they were enjoying themselves so much. I was too tired to put coats on them but they didn't care. I have never seen them shiver except the last time I gave them a bath. I even turned the furnace up and sat right in front of the heat source to dry them. But mine are big yorkies (12-13 lbs) with lots of meat on their bones. LOL

| It's pretty cold in the UK at the minute too and I don't have any heating at the minute so we're suffering. I put a thread in MY YORKIE showing her snuggling into my dressing gown to keep warm. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67657

| Well Tx in the humid south isn't too fun but I won't go for the snow shovel just yet. We have been down to 29 here outside of Houston and it was cold enough. Horses and llamas don't seem to mind but the dogs do one of those drive by peeings and pooings |
