| Question for you sewers out there? I have just started to sew and have been making vests and dresses for Starsky and Shylah. I made a pattern from one of their outfits made for them from someone else. My question is, I want to make more for other people and I was wondering how do you measure around to make bigger or smaller for other dogs? I have one to make for a dog who is bigger than Shylah and smaller than Starsky. Let say their chest size is 13 in, do I cut the vest to be 13 inches wide including the part that has the velcro?
