| constipated yorkie??? Has anyone dealt with a constipated Yorkie before? It is 5 degrees today and -15 with the wind chill. Guido has been going outside since we have gotten him, but today he seems a little constipated or having a little trouble going? He is trying but nothing. Guido is 10 months old. |

| Give him a little bit of canned pumpkin or olive oil. I have heard applesauce worked for some people too

| Yes, they say pumpkin (plain, no spices) is good for helping them with constipation. I used to give mine mineral oil but I read somewhere not to do that because they can get it in their lungs. |

| I found applesauce works better than pumpkin and my 93 year old mother- in- law swares by it. It is the pectin in the apples. I give Max a spoon a week and it keeps him regular |

| A little bit of raw carrot works every time for Joey (and he loves it).
