| I just can't force myself to cut their hair. I love it long and to me that long coat is what makes the yorkie. I was bummed when I had to cut my girls coats when they had pups but the pups kept getting stuck in it and I thought they would strangle themselves. Louie has such thick hair and I feel bad for him especially in the summer but I dont want to cut it because it is so pretty. I paid around $20.00 for a good brush by Chris Christensen and even tho I about chocked at the price, it was worth every penny. |

| I couldnt find my CC brush once and pulled out the old cheapie with the balls on the end and couldnt believe how crappy it worked. I didnt throw it away just in case the good one gets misplaced again but if you can afford a good to get a brush like this do it, it really makes all of the difference in the world. I want a boar bristle brush next. Those were even pricier but I will break down and get one eventually. |
