| ok for th questions!: i used to have my baby~a chow chow, and when he died i was eartbroken. but at that time my ittle sister was born so we couldnt get a new dog right away..........this past December i went to this shop (verry realiable person...dont worry! no puppymill) and she had new Morkie puppies and so she picked up a basket from the floor. In the basket nestled four 1 week old puppis! she said that she was taking deposits now. i looked at my mom and she smiled...she was finally letting me ave a puppy! i looked in the basket and noticed all the pups were brown...except for one who was COMPLETELY black except for his eyebrows and his paws..i picked him..... now it is May...my baby..now 6mnths old and named Rex he is sleeping on my lap |

Yorkie Lover Donating Member | We were so lucky with our girls...my aunt breed her little yorkie about a year ago and when the puppies were born the first people she offered one too was me...at first I turned her down as I live with my parents and didn't want to intruded on their space...but after seeing them for the first time I convinced me parents that I had to have one...so we went and saw them one more time and we fell in love with the runt of the litter...she was so tiny but did not let that bug her...she still fought with her brothers and sisters and I knew I had to have her...we had Magic for about two months when we realized that she needed a friend...so we found a breeder out of the newspaper and went to take a look out her new puppies...she had one male and one female and once we held her for the first time we knew she would be ours...we took Magic to meet her new sister and they immediately got along...!!! We love our girls to death and can't imagine not having them!!!

| I was out running errands and they were actually selling this gorgeous dog(with others like her as well as other breeds) in a parking lot. I know this is not a good situation to buy a bred like this and they could have stolen the dogs or been bad people but they gave me papers and the breeders name and said they have showing dogs for a long time. Well, chloe was absolutely adorable and tiny and once I held her I wasnt about to not take her home so I bought her! My chihuahua tinkerbell needed a friend. My husband wasnt thrilled that day but now she is his favorite. She is still less than 1.5 lbs and she is over 5 months old, so I got her at an incredible price for her size. I guess I was in the right place at the right time!

| Me too Shanatink, I was in the right place at the right time. I had been looking for a Christmas puppy for my kids (not the smartest thing I ever did, I'll wait till spring next time) for about 2 months. Was gonna get a Shih Tzu, put a deposit on it, went to Starbucks to celebrate with a white chocolate mocha latte and a blueberry muffin. Casually picked up the paper, turned to the pets for sale ads and there was the ad I'd been wanting all along...Yorkies, $300. Well, I called them on my cell, hightailed it over there, and there was my baby, bopping around all over the place cute as a button. I asked why they only wanted $300. They said cause he was an accident. Two friends Yorkies bred, one was a large Yorkie (over Std.) and one was a small one. Well, I wasn't on this forum at the time, didn't know squat about Yorkie standards, and said he's precious, I'll take him!! Well, Bo has floppy ears and he'll probably be about 9 pounds, but he is absolutely perfect for my family and we adore him!! Oh, and I lost the deposit on the Shih Tzu, the man wouldn't return my phone calls, when I caught him at home he said no refunds!! So I paid $400 for a $300 Yorkie. But to us it was money well spent!!
