| Oh My Bailey is starting to HUMP!!!!! Ok this is the second time I saw this.......Bailey was playing with his fur blanket that is on his bed and he plays with it alot, biteing it and swing his head with it. Well the other day I saw when the blanket was between his legs his butt was going up and down but I didn't pay it no mind because he was still swinging his head with the blanket in his mouth so I though he was doing that because he was playing well TONIGHT while playing with his blanket he was doing it again but then when he did it the second time tonight his blanket wasn't even in his month and his butt was going up and down SO I knew it wasn't from the motion of him playing and that he was really humping it only lasted like 5 secs each time but Bailey will be 4 1/2 months this Tuesday so can anyone tell me is this normal for this age......and if this is the begining signs how can I stop it.....I plan on getting him fixed when he turns 6 months?? HELP!!!

| Yes, it's natural and having him neutered should make him stop. For now firmly tell him 'no' and distract him with a toy or something. |

| Yep it's normal. Kodak's breeder told me to say "that's no Kodak" and clap my hands when he did it. It stopped and he is about to be neutuered soon. I'm sure he tries again when we're out.

| Yep its normal at that age. Izzy just turned 5 months and he's been humping too. I just tell him no and distract him with something else. He only humps this one particular toy so I just put it away. He hasnt humped anything ever since...well he tried with a couple of girl yorkies...I had to stop him then...stinker!
