| update on Sassys surgery Sassy came thru her surgery and did really good. The dr just called my sister in law. He removed 5 tumors from her mamory glands and found one on her ovary which was removed by the spay. He of course sent stuff to be tested to make sure it hasnt spread to any where else. He said all her organs looked good and he didnt see any places on anything else like her lungs or other organs. So all in all, everything so far is good. My brother and sister in law can go visit her at 3 pm and he will talk to them about letting her come home and he has put her on pain medicines as he said she has been thru a lot today. My sister in law said tell everyone thanks for their prayers and concerns and I thank you all also. So far they will just have to watch her and keep close checks to make sure no more tumors pop up and if one does they will want to remove it immediately. Hopefully the biopsies will come back good as everything else looked clear. So thanks again for your prayers. We appreciate that immensely. I'm posting this pic again as she wont have all this hair when she comes home due to having to shave her from her sides down and I think she is such a pretty little girl. Linda

| they went to see sassy today at 3 pm. Dr said she was knocked out over and hour and he wanted to keep her over night as he wants to ck on her during the night. he said thats a long time to keep a little one knocked out. But he also wants to make sure she is kept pain free and will make sure she is. So sounds like I have a caring vet for sure. I think she will come home tomorrow if all goes well tonight. Thanks again for your prayers. Linda

| I've been thinking about Sassy today!! We got to bring Muffin home this morning & I was hoping & praying that Sassy was doing well. Please tell your sister & brother-in-law to try & not worry while waiting for the biopsy results. I know it's almost impossible not to, but they really can have a good outcome! Sassy's got a whole lot of people in her corner. PM me if you need some more moral support or information! And trust me...Muffin's got the weirdest hair-do possible after getting shaved for both of her surgeries & she couldn't be more beautiful! Although I'm sure the groomer is going to look at me really strange when we finally get to bring her in! CJ
