| Ears falling down Ears falling down Lily's ears used to be up. Then one went down and that was cute but now both are down. Do I need to shave them for awhile. Tape? Don't tape? What does someone with experience think?

| How old is your baby? I got Missy at 8wks and Max at 12 weeks and both their ears were up. After a month or so they did start to fall so I trimmed/shaved the top corner and they popped right back up. They are now 10mo and 8mo and I still keep the top corner of their ears trimmed. Give it a try since they were up before they should pop right back up. |

| Oreo had the same thing with him.. i thought it was because of teething.. and at first it was.. then both ears went back up.. then i realized both ears went down again.. and it was because his ears got so hairy that they weighed his ears down! lol.. so hopefully it's just hair that's weiging Lily's ears down |

| When I got Rocky, he had one floppy ear. At 12 weeks, we shaved just the top of Rocky's ear and it was standing up by the next day. We used a little bikini area trimmer and it worked great, with little noise, so it didn't scare him! He still chewed it to pieces later, but it worked the first time so we didn't need it again! Good luck with your baby! |

| I wouldn't worry if they were both up before. Just keep the ears trimmed. They sometimes will go thru this when they are teething, I have heard that you can give them a little cottage cheese too, that might help. |

| He is probably teething . If they were up before , they are supposed to come up after . I can't tell for Gazou , his ears are so small . My mentor told me to keep them always shave . |

| Shaving helps them to stand, if that doesn't work try medical tape. You can leave it on for a few hours and sometimes the pop right bak up.

| Stewie's went down after his rabies shot reaction. It really depresses me. All I have to say is BE CAREFUL when you shave them. I was very careful but still nicked him (and I cried for an hour, I felt so horrible). His ears are shaved and I massage them and they still won't go up.

| floppy Maximus' ears have been floppy since teh day I got him....the breeder had them taped up so that they would stand...bit it looked so uncomfortable that I took the tape off and never put it back on again...some yorkies just have floppy ears....supposedly...he looks cute either way |
