| Hellooooo insomniacs! I can't sleep. I always have trouble sleeping so now I'm up watching "Conspiracy Theory" on TBS! You would think I'd be tired.. we did a lot today! I came back from the driving range (a hobby my bf just recently picked up) at midnight and now it's almost 3! I'm driving myself nuts. I keep refreshing for more posts but there's only a few users on. lol What do you guys do you make yourself sleep at night!? |

| I blame NO SLEEP on menopause.. But then I blame EVERYTHING on menopause. Wish I had the answer. Let me know the cure. I thought Maggie would have been my cure. She is just another reason to get up and surf YT. |

| Bless your heart, Stitches29. I have a friend who is going thru menopause. She's miserable! I had a hysterectomy 4 years ago so I can't blame all my outbursts and woes on menopause. Guess I'll continue to blame them on my husband...

| Oh my gosh, we gals need to unite. Not only do I fight menopause with everything I have, I also am stuck with a snorer that you can hear a block away. I usually wears ear plugs, but now with Maggie, I can't. If she cries out for me, I must be able to hear her. When our son got married, I turned his bedroom into my computer/sewing room. So, now I'm stuck with the snorer or the couch. I think I'll teach Maggie to nip him on the nose when he snores. Will save me the time of punching him throughout the night. |

| I was in bed at 11 last night because I had a horrible migraine. i went to see my White Sox play and felt sick the entire game. The weather is bothering my sinuses, I think.

| Sorry to hear I missed the fun!!!! My hubby snores, also...but after years and years he finally gave up and now sleeps in the basement ....and I can STILL HEAR HIM!!! That helped alot...but then I discovered 'peri-menopause'...that great time of your life JUST BEFORE true menopause where you think you are crazy but cannot put your finger on any one thing!!!! I now completly love the makers of UNISOM...the best 'over-the-counter' stuff....I think is even better than Benadryl. Sleep tight! |
