| advice? i was wandering if your yorkie drank out of a water bowl or out of the little spout things( not sure what you call them) ? Gracie drinks out of a bowl and her "beard" is always wet and stringy looking! Anyone have this problem? What do you do about it ??? Thanksss!

| So I guess you don't enjoy the sloppy, very wet post-drink yorkie kisses? I think mine would be a little scared of the spout thing, but it would be worth a try although I think they would still get their beard wet. After it dries, just comb it out a bit...good as new!

| Mojo drinks out of a shallow little bowl. His beard will get wet, but like Tiffany said, once it dries, just brush it out and it looks fine. I wash his face a lot, so we never have a smelly beard. He does drink out of a water bottle too or a smaller glass/cup - not all the time, but sometimes - that way, he doesn't get water on his hair. I have never used one of those water drippy things - like you put on their crate. I think the crate we bought when we first got Mojo had one, but he never used it and I think we gave it away - course, we sold his crate too (his big one because he never used it) - ha! I think at PetsMart, you can take back things pretty easy, so it wouldn't hurt to try one.

| Dusty loves the water bottle I can't stand when they get their hair all wet then want to love on you. I read about the water bottle and went out and got one the same day. It took Dusty about two min's to figure it out. I watched him for an hour or so and he went back to the water bottle instead of the bowl so I took the bowl out the same day. He loves it and it is a whole lot cleaner.
